There are several ways to get the the CRC, the best advice is to use a tool like Mapquest on the above address.  The building is on the corner of Aiken St. and Pawtucket St.  Parking is on the street (Aiken, Hall, Cabot), or in one of the nearby lots if the gate is up (often on weekends).  As a last resort, there's an indoor garage across Pawtucket St from the gym.
