IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENTS – PLEASE READ

If you were selected for a team, money is due postmarked by December 19 or you may lose your spot.   See the Contact Us page.  Mail is preferred, but some last-minute people even drive the check to our mailbox.  After this date, girls who were put on standby may be called to take your place.  We are tough on this point because the standby girls deserve to be released if they won't be getting a spot.  We prefer payment in full to reduce the amount of check processing, but you must pay at least 1/3 of the balance by Dec 19 or risk your spot on the team (we'll call you first, but try not to make us).  For most girls, the balance will be $380 ($480 minus the $100 deposit) unless there's a sibling discount.

Note:  We do not send bills; we have no accounting department!  Any balance that goes beyond February 1 gets charged a $20 late fee, March 1 another $20, and a girl won't be able to play in the NERVA 1 tournament on March 11 unless her balance is zero.  Money is our least-favorite part of running this club, so please help us out!
